Do your shutters have a warranty?
YES! We are proud to offer a limited LIFETIME WARRANTY! We offer one of the most comprehensive warranties in the industry. You can have peace of mind knowing that your shutters are built to last.

What does MDF/HDF stand for?
Medium Density Fiberboard/High Density Fiberboard Medium density fiberboard, or MDF, is a manufactured wood product similar to particleboard. It's made out of wood waste fibers glued together with resin, heat, and pressure. MDF/HDF is an entry-level product, it is considered in the industry as a lower priced option. Due to its inherent heavy weight, MDF/HDF has some limitations that should be considered when ordering this product.

How much time does it take to receive an estimate?
It takes one of our expert shutter designers about 30 minutes to 1 hour depending upon the number of windows. Our goal is to spend the appropriate amount of time to fully educate you on the different shutter options, and to provide the best possible solutions for your windows. We also offer some night and weekend appointments.
